Administratively located within the district of South Sulawesi Province Pangkep, with an area of 50. 000 acres and has a length limit of 103 km. The geographical position of this region are in 118o 54 '00 BT - 119o 10' 00''BT''and 04o37'00 LS - 04o 52 '00''LS. Aquatic Park Kapoposang Islands consists of three inhabited islands namely Pulau Kapoposang, Papandangan Island, and the island of Bali Mumps. It also has three small islands are uninhabited white sandy beaches of the island Suranti, Pamanggangang Island, and Island Tambakhulu.
Topography is very supportive to bwah sea tours, making Kapoposang Island as one of the best diving places in the province. The facilities available were quite complete, where the government has built bungalows Kapuaten Pangkep with affordable rates. For professional divers, Kapoposang Island is a paradise under the sea, because it stores a variety of exotic coral reefs. Also nearby there are also three white sandy islands that are uninhabited, the island Suranti, Pamangganggang Island, and Island Tambakhulu.
